Shipping Fee
- Free shipping on purchases of HK$800 or above on the official website.
- For purchases below HK$800 on the official website, a HK$80 shipping fee will be charged.
- Delivery area includes: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories. Does not include delivery service for outlying islands and remote areas.
Delivery Time
- After payment is successful, under normal circumstances, the local standard delivery service takes 2-3 working days to reach the delivery address.
Delivery Arrangement Due to Bad Weather
- If the HK Observatory issues a Black Rain warning or T8 warning, all delivery services will stop and resume when the warning is dismissed which may mean your delivery will be delayed till the next day depending on the situation and we will contact you for the special arrangement.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- No return, refund or exchange will be given if the product is not delivered in a damaged condition. If received damaged product, sufficient evidence must be submitted to show that the product has been damaged upon the receival.
In the event of any dispute, Taiko Sake reserves the right of final decision.
